Kevin, the answers to those questions are as yet unclear. Bill Kristol, one of Bush's top hawk friends, admitted the other night we may not find any WMD's. Yet again we might. Certainly wouldn't put it past Saddam to have them or the Bushies to claim he does without knowing if it's true. I'll give Bushies the benefit of the doubt for now though. And would Saddam ever use the WMD's? Nobody knows but Saddam.
