We may be sitting on "dead money" for a while until we get a confirmation that an OEM PC deal is finalized. That will really put Wave on the map and hopefully the other PC players will fall like dominos once the first deal is signed.

Today's prices are a real bargain. We are near all time lows of the low 1's with Wave right on the cusp of changing from a development/research company to producing revenues. P. Sprague even thought that Wave may start turning a profi in late 1998.

I increased my already decent postion by 3.5x after visiting with Wave Systems at the E3 show in Atlanta. Their technology could really revolutionize the purchasing of electronic content and you can buy it for the bargain price of $1.75!!

I am hoping that Wave does not have to "give" away the house to secure the first PC deal. The WaveMeter costs under $10 in high volumes. A 2million unit PC deal is going to set Wave back $20,000,000 if we have to give away the meters to close the first PC deal.

Steven, is there a possibility that Wave will not have give away the meters to close a deal??
