Bill, interesting article in the original "SI" - Sports Illustrated - on Uday's approach to running Iraq's Olympics organization and its soccer federation. Torture and frequently death for anyone who dared to lose in an international competition. Of course, his approach may have had admirers in the IOC. ;-(
