Regarding Yahoo, neither do I. However, the interesting point of the article that I wanted to underscore was this: Despite all of the table pounding by the SEC (regarding the enforcement of legitimate and accurate public disclosure from companies over the past couple of years) we are finding more evidence of what we have known all along; Many companies are still corrupt to the core and have NO intention of ever changing. And it's all nice and legal.

Notice Siebel and Oracle were also implicated.

I guess fuzzy accounting is still permitted. Pretty amusing stuff.
