NEVER FORGET, CHENEY IS AN UNINDICTED CRIMINAL
Art,
Dick Cheney was engaged in a criminal conspiracy on April 16, 2001 when he met with Ken Lay, CEO, Enron, to discuss the so-called California "energy crisis". On April 18, 2001 Vice President Dick Cheney made a pronouncement that it was the policy of the federal government to 'let the markets work'.
Cheney discussed the nature of "Get Shorty", "Star War", "Ricochet" and other swindles with Ken Lay on April 16. Cheney fully understood that Lay was engaged in illegal activities and therefore Cheney is a criminal co-conspirator with Ken Lay to defraud 40 million ratepayers on the West Coast.
Also indictable as a co-conspirator is Michael Chertoff. Currently serving as the Department of Justice head of the Criminal Division, Chertoff is a man who spent five arduous years of his life investigating Bill Clinton's failed Whitewater real estate speculation. (You recall... this is the one where the Clintons lost $30,000 and the U.S. government spent $70,000,000 to investigate it, not counting the private money that Chertoff was paid as a professional sleazebag.)
Now that Chertoff has been installed in a position similar to that held by Lavrenti Beria in the Bolshevik NKVD (predecessor to the KGB), he is incapable of investigating Ken Lay because the 'issues are too complex'.
Complex, my keister. There is nothing complex about the fact that Cheney and Chertoff are involved in a vast criminal conspiracy to defraud the entire planet of a decent future. |
