I don't have direct special knowledge, which is why I asked my brother-in-law who owns and runs 'dozers, backhoes and other heavy equipment in his construction business. He said that the person who *claimed* he did not see the girl he killed (dressed in electric orange see photos below) lied. Of course, the blogger who called the late Miss Corrie "arrogant" is hardly objective in her efforts to blame the victim. She admits: "I am an avowed, unabashed, unashamed supporter of Israel and Zionism (the establishment and maintenance of a Jewish state)"
