Hi Saul,

It would seem that the stock price was held down to get this PP
through at .15c, IMO.It's too coincidental that the day the VSE approves
the PP, all of a sudden buying comes in. In hindsight, it should
have been expected. Stocks rarely move too far away from a pending PP.

Although at fire sale prices, they are showing that they can raise cash.
Hopefully we won't have to see too much more dillution at these prices.
