Great article. BTW, I can't stand Daschle. He makes my stomach sick. He was someone who said diplomacy has failed with Iraq and therefore we must use force. But he said that in 1998 when we had a democrat for President. Now he's singing a different tune because we have a Republican for President. Anyway, Daschle is a charlatan.

But as good as the article is, and it made me smile to read it. I still think that if we had some of the diplomats of old advising the President, we might not have gone to the U.N., or having gone, we'd have extracted a resolution authorizing force. There's no excuse for our failed diplomacy.
