They are. Just look at how disgusting they've been when it comes to drought relief. If the small farmer didn't tuck in their belt, Bush wouldn't be able to put in a $10B "aid package" for Israel in the Iraq War budget. Israel did ask for $14B...I guess they have to tighten the belt as well. jttmab
