Estimates are about 600,000 Iranians killed. Since we are enemies of both Iran and Iraq, the US ignored the conflict. So did the rest of the world. That does not mean the US killed those Iranians, Saddam did, and again you are bringing in a false argument that the Iranians don't even believe. You insist on comparing GWBush (who was not in office then) to Hitler and Saddam, which is clearly un-American. You have the freedom to say it, of course. Just recently Saddam said he wanted peace with the world, EXCEPT Israel. Clearly he has declared war on Israel. We are defending our only friend in the region.
