the jordanian "refugee camp" so far has had not one single person cross over from iraq to jordan.

during the first gulf war their were over a million refugees

so convinced are the iraqi civilians that we will not bomb them

unfortunately the iraqi military knows that too and they are using it to their advantage

obviously there will have to be civilian casualties
