I automatically assume all penny stocks are manipulated. I've seen some atrocious manipulation in both US and Can. It's kind of like under 1 dollar, it's probably a scam and under 50 cents, it is a scam and anything goes, and if you really believe the story behind the stock. You are considered a naive fool. I don't think the SEC would bother trying to police this CYJ situation even if it was U.S. There's just not enough man power, so they have no choice but to let it happen. Knowing this, why do I do it? I'm crazy I guess.
