It is far from fact.

What will happen is that we unleash the hell that has been postponed. Baghdad has been allowed to keep its' TV, Electricity and other vital utilities. A massive counter attack will result in the shutting down of the entire country, inflicting more unnecessary pain on civilians.

That is fact.

and btw, Russia has been supporting the Iraqi military as recently as last week. Russia will be a big loser when this thing is over.
