Nah, it's all good. Despite months of whining and posting vapid platitudes, the war is going on. And, by operating a moderated thread - which is certainly the right of any poster - much is revealed about the authoritative bend of the individual beneath, especially when they purport to espouse freedom, the open and ready passage of disparate ideas, etc.
Meanwhile - and not completely unsurprisingly - here in New York City, "peace" demonstrators are proving quite...in fact, almost exclusively...capable and willing to physically strike out at police officers and pro-invasion/'support the troop' protesters.
Interesting, isn't it?
The peace demonstrators are also, for all their talk about international law and the philosophical underpinnings of 'sovereignty,' completely undeterred by the hypocritical implications of breaking the law and disrupting other, disinterested city dwellers' days.
It's irony that I feast upon.
