I hit a Drudge Report link last night and got a Brit website which described the traitor as Muslim. Then I listened to local news and the cable news and heard no mention of the religion of this guy. Then I smelled PC in the air, and made it a mission to see if any of the American news websites would mention this. Was listening to KSFO this morning (the local right wing talk radio station), even the host seemed to wrestle with this revelation, but ultimately decided to blurt it out, pointing out that "loyal, hard working American Muslims have been dealt another black eye". American Muslims need to counter the festering perception that their religion trumps their loyalty to the USA. This type of incident definitely hurts their cause.
