I could very well be wrong, as the article I read was just a summary article covering the major points of the budget deal as it is now. It did not go into any great detail on the rules which would apply. If there is a 5 year vestment period, obviously the immediate effect would be minimal. I still think we're ripe for a correction of some sort, though. --James
