We dont have enough men to police 70+ countries. Post-war Iraq will be the biggest responsibility we've taken on in history. We will desperately need the UN peacekeepers and NGO's soon. We're going to have to take troops out of Germany at leastm and probably many other places to man the post-war situation in Iraq. It's a huge deal.
