Your attitude is precisely why Bush can't win in 2004 unless we're attacked again and are in the middle of a war. Tax-payers have already had the money for these programs taken out of their paychecks. To cheat them of the rewards now, giving away THEIR money to the rich and military, is dastardly. You heartlessness toward women and kids reveals that Bushie "compassion" is all BS. The real agenda is to stick it to middlelclass families, not help them. Bush even wants veterans benefits cut.
