tech--- I believe ALL y2ks may have a resource problem. There only are so many programmers... at some point the contracts may be just paper and work being completed for the highest bidder. the body shops may have the biggest problems... toolkits he least,, for a few reasons... I still see ALYD in new HIGHS at some point.... and the currant amount of programmers will not be entirely responsible either way... they may end up with 4000 programmers or 40---- who will be stealing from who??? Even Merrill Lynch is offering their Y2K people CREATIVE reasons to stay until after 1-3-00. Who can keep the best/most may become the question..
