Democrats only in this poll. No wonder Dean does better as the only "major" anti-war candidate. Independents can vote in the primary and they tend to be a tad more conservative. In the last poll only a few weeks old, Kerry trounced Dean by a wide margin, I think 32% to 20%. Expect that not only to hold but to get better and better for John. Dems in 2004 want a winner, not a protest candidate.
