I wasn't sure of your exact viewpoints. I was mainly referring to that I don't think the world will ever agree on anything. If the UN can't recognize Saddam for what he is and won't take action, and security council members are using the situation for their own aims (Russia, China, France) none offering any real solutions; then I see no hope that world will ever work together to stop the dangers of the world.
