World would have been a much better place if Gulf War I had gone all the way - we were worried about Iran dominating the region, which was a legitimate worry.

Wolfowitz, Richard Perle (aka Father of Darkness) and most of the other neo -con crew have been right, but are far too extreme. My guess (and hope) is they will be quietly moved into think tanks, while more reasonable people work on SOME of their ideas, and the ideas, like the preemptive strike business, get modified and limited.
