Of course obsessing on Sharpton is race-baiting. He's meant to scare moderate voters, even though practically no Democrats support him, he does happen to be a Democrat.

The GOP takes the cake in this tactic, though both parties use it (remember the Newt scare?). Anyone in the opposing party who has high negatives amongst moderates the party geniuses try to bring up again and again as if that high negative name is representative of the party.

I admit I do it too, but legitimately as Enron (which I cite a lot) was Bush's #1 contributor and not a single crook there has spent one day in prison. Why dont Bushies put Ken Lay on trial?
