Gee pezz, a post like that could belong to me... as along as we come to a reasonable definition of PAWS LOL per our previous discussion. If it's run by a state (not the 52nd ;o) using for good ole plain dirty capitalistic goals with some humanitarianism thrown for good measure, well that's just fine by me.
