OT: Some good news for my family. My nephew has rotated back stateside. Hopefully this won't last long enough for him to have to do another rotation over there.

I really feel for the captives and their families. I wish we would focus less on civilian casualties and more on troop safety. It's really tough thinking about the treatment the POW's will get from these savages. Really makes you want to bomb the crap out of everything over there.

I am not sure of the culture but I wonder if this humane warfare we are practicing isn't perceived as weakness by the average Iraqi?
