Americans get 24 hour non-censored news. I don't think that a lot of Americans really understand, how different it is that brainwashed people think, and behave, when they only get the government's version of the news and education.
Like you say, killing infidels, aka: Americans or Israelis, is OK because the Qu'ran says it's OK.
