I think it is side-splittingly funny that people are flocking to the BBC and PBS and the Guardian for their news because commercial American news is too patriotic for their tastes. (You know who you are!)


Actually, Fox and MSNBC are too jingoistic for my tastes too, CB. But the Beeb is every bit as bad and worse - in the opposite direction. So I read both, and add in the Washington Post and the Israeli press (since the Israeli press can assume an audience with military experience, their military coverage is somewhat more advanced).
