I saw them being asked questions like "Where are you from?" (One from Texas, another from New Jersey, etc) and "Why did you come here?" ("Because I was told to")

They looked scared, but were fine. There was no harassment on the tape. They didn't look like any force was used on them. They were not bound or tied at all.

Frankly, aside from the fact that yes it is sad they were captured, I did not see anything that would justify Rumsfeld's accusation that it was a violation of the Geneva Convention.
