The part you have bonded is about a country's INTERNAL AFFAIRS. As in, freedom from external control WITHIN YOUR OWN BOUNDARIES.

By definition, if it is within your own boundaries, then it is internal. Give me an example of an external control that is "within your own boundaries."

A sovereign nation has every right to respond to a threat that it perceives to be real and dangerous to its citizens. To do otherwise is ridiculous. Why should any other nation have to ask permission to defend itself. You may question whether YOU, as an outsider, believe the threat to Americans is real or not, however, you cannot question a countries right to defend itself against a perceived threat.

Is that clear?
