Arabs are not culturally "capable of embracing democracy? Huey, that ridiculous. Well, I sure hope you are right. Arabs have sure have done a lousy job of embracing democracy in the Middle East so far. Perhaps the reason is tied to the fact that their are so many factions with extreme religious underpinnings.
