Andy may be right about Kubata, although his first comment seemed like a guess. I heard they did something last fall to bring their shareholding below a certain point so they don't have to report when they sell. Also, they are a foreign company and may not governed by US laws.

The high short interest still scares me away although the chart looks great. It is possible it will rise on news alone, but I don't see the fundamentals in place to hold the stock higher right now. Revenue from DVD will be small. They spend huge amounts on R & D and they have shown they don't care about their shareholders for the short term. Those of you in this for a quick buck are likely to get burned. I still think they have good technology for the long term, but the market changes so fast it's very risky. Some of you might not know who I am, but I posted here regularily early in the year and I lost a lot of money.
