I don't know enough about China's government to make an educated guess what they might do. I do know that this government still has many human rights issues. They are one of the largest international arms suppliers & they don't concern themselves very much with international law or weapons sanctions when making their sales, ET AL. I do know a number of Chinese people personally. They are largely what I call 'good people'..... an affectionate term I reserve for folks I find to be honest, upstanding, hard working & supportive individuals. Too bad their government isn't dominated by those folks. In any event, I think that article makes sense & is worth serious consideration. It will not be met with popular approval, but most things of global concern aren't.
