I believe they still leave the defense building untouched by bombs.. You could see the walls shaking on Friday when a bomb hit and they didn't seem to get excited.. I expect they have been told they will not bomb defense building as long as negotiations are going on.. perhaps about wmd use, and surrender... They must bomb and call them,,, bomb and then call them.

Expect they may also have one or two informers in Iraq upper military at those meetings.. cia probably offered safety and big bucks to a few to turn...
