I have only brought this one up about 25 times in the past three or four years and have been ignored each time I brought it up.

On posts with fixed fonts, the navigation buttons (previous/Next) should not follow the right margin. They should be fixed in the location where they are found when fixed font isn't used.

If I hadn't used fixed font and you had implemented this basic design feature, you wouldn't have to scroll over to the right margin to hit "next" right now
