I believe Mr. Gruder indicated in the last conference presentation that due to the abilities of smartcode, that they did not need a full complement of experienced programmers, but that they were able to recruit computer science grads with a couple years experience and
train them in Alydaar's procedures in a relatively short time. If I am not mistaken, I also understood that they could do $100 million
worth of business this year with the staff that they had at that time. Jeff was at the conference. Jeff if you have anything to add or correct in this please feel free to do so.
