Does it seems like the font is too light for links which have already been clicked through? Or is that just me.

It's too light. I'm going blind trying to read stuff.

That and I can honestly say I have always hated brown and blue together.

Reminds me of a toilet bowl when someone uses that blue stuff in the water.
