Hi Karen,

Catching up here after a pleasant and interesting weekend, I see your quote of a quote by the warfolks that are in realty "armchair warlords", That quote being "War is Hell" .. I applaud you for putting it in front of them now.

Because "they", these "far from the front" FAUX warriors, I mean, would throw that phrase out frequently when "collateral damage" was mentioned BEFORE the actual fact.. But now when the terrible tragedy of seeing the dead and maimed on both sides, especially "our side", (when our "chickens come home to roost, next to our chickenhawks) their "sensitivies" are strained and outraged....But

When REAL BLOOD appears on the video screen of this "video game" of real war, they cry foul or fowl,.. I know they (the FOWL, THESE foul fowl) have no concept or do not care of the real suffering as they have been programmed to think it is all a harmless game for our side. (They do not seem to care about the other side, btw).

It SHOULD be trying times for parents and their likes to help other's through this sanitized viewing.. Like my wife's friend who has a five year old daughter and she has to continually remind her that the war footage she sees on TV is not a movie..
