Syrian Volunteers Reportedly Head for Iraq March 24, 2003 2050 GMT Busloads of Syrians reportedly have left Syria to fight alongside Iraqi soldiers. If true, this would be an astounding development on Damascus' part, as it would be tantamount to declaring war on the United States. stratfor.com Have to see if this plays out. If it does it will be one of my previously mentioned main concerns, as in, will the war move beyond the Iraqi borders and who will be drawn in next??
