I'm aware of their trading history (they did a reverse takeover of a shell company listed on the TSE -- some computer or software company). However I was wondering more along the lines of -- did they befall financial difficulties before and why only now the aggressive marketing -- it is a product that has been in existance for some time. Things look quite positive now, but were they once quite positive (and then things went wrong...)? Clement
