Yes the big digital counter thing in Times Square was ticking down out debt for the first time, as Clinton paid it off. It was a great time for our country. And the markets responded. Markets hate debt. That's one main reason I wont buy anything but Halliburton until Bush is clearly on his way out. And I recommend you do the same.
