There is no check in the mail from Bush. It's a shell game. If they do send a check it's picked out of your other pocket by higher local taxes, energy prices and cuts in government services, plus debt-debt-debt. Where does the money go? Well the rich get a lot of it.

25% get $1000 (the only example Bush likes to use)
Anyone making 1 million a year gets $90,000
