The remarks from Graham [foreign minister] yesterday have been interpreted by some as a change of position, but they are not so at all, they are a logical adaptation to changed circumstances That is one interpretation. Mine is that there is a complete disconnect in mindsets and communications or rather that Graham is being set up by his politico masters for a fall.
