The Iraqis, as most other inhabitants of this planet, realize

that Bush is a pathological liar with way too many birds on his antenna. Also they view him as an illegitimate leader who had to be defrauded into office.

So, it's back to that concept which seems so foreign to many Americans:

People just don't trust serial liars. Constant lying and cheating erodes credibility.
