Roger, seems like demand for bonds is heavy. Normally an interest rate increase is bad for the stock market because it makes bonds more attractive than stocks...Am I issing something here?

This maybe a crude analogy but:
Have you ever poured a can of warm coke rapidly into a glass? You can stop when it gets about halfway full, it will run over the top and all over the table, and when the foam goes away, end up with barely a drop in the bottom of the glass ...
