Hi Tom,

With the 200 dMA now below the ACT and this last move up bringing the Dow into the range of the ACT, I find it very unlikey that we'll see the 8000s again for quite some time after this current visit. Any struggle to stay above 8000 could last a couple weeks but once it's over there'll be more of a liklihood that new lows will be seen.
The markets may bottom this year and it'll just be a question of how low that bottom is as to how long before 8000 appears on radar again.

The monthly high in 4/02 on ABTL is the last relevant reference high for it. A MIM would have to develop that's higher than that (above $5ish) before an MDTL could be established.
