Your post is complete nonsense as usual.... The death of Iraqi children is squarely the responsibility of Saddam Hussein. We stopped the turkey shoot on the highway of death when it became clear the Iraqi Army was no longer able to act effecetively as a fighting force.... The US never carpet bombed any Iraqi cities and the most reliable (and still tragic) estimates of civilian casualties are 35,000 in total. The use of human shields is a war crime. Period.
