Just to recap for anyone not already choking on their cornflakes/prezels, OGS two largest sharholders at the time of CAT's offer have a) dumped their stake in CAT, and b) switched sides and sold out to an inadequate (IMO) cash offer, while there is a decent chance of a sweetened offer from CAT.

At least we now know what a non-binding letter of intent is.

CAT has also received non-binding letters of intent to vote in favour of the resolutions to implement the Merger from Invesco Asset Management Limited and Fidelity Investments International Limited in respect of a total of 16,021,763 OGS Shares, representing approximately 28.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of OGS...
