Girls can now go to school. Women can now work. Women were slowly starved and beaten to death under the Taliban. It's going to take a long time to reverse the damage that Russia did to Afghanistan. What is your informed complaint about Afghanistan? What is it that you would do, that we are not currently doing? How did you get all your knowledge and experience in nation building? Did you study Deming's work in Japan?
