**OFF TOPIC**** Speaking of taxes, can someone clairify something for me. I have some shares of MMM that I bot on August 13, 1996. I wanna sell them and get LONG TERM cap gains treatment. Can I sell on August 13, 1997 or must I wait until August 14? This is a minor issue, but could cost me big bucks (short rate versus new lower long term cap gains rate) if I screw it up.
