Thank you sir. I just yesterday read the latest S-3. My impression was that if you read this report, you would never ever buy this stock. I agree it is well written. Some of the world's finest lawyers wrote this. They covered everything. On the other hand, if management is this thorough, they can't be anything but successful with this company.
